CRB clinic

We've been treating patients without surgery for over 12 years.

We effectively restore the spine and joints without surgery,
treat bunions, hernias, protrusions, and arthrosis. We relieve pain and deformities, restoring mobility – safely and permanently!

How we achieve success without surgery

People don't come to us for procedures, they come to us only for results!
  • -1-
Determining the cause of the disease

Often, the location of the pain and its cause are not the same. For example, arm pain may be caused by a herniated disc. A person also often has a complex of interrelated problems. Treating only the symptoms will either have no effect at all or only a short-term one. Identifying and eliminating the cause makes it possible to completely eliminate the condition.

  • -2-
    The right
    focus of influence

Targeting a specific problem muscle, ligament, or blocked nerve is a method that allows us to achieve rapid results. We don't just give a "back massage" or "exercise all over the place," but rather identify the cause and address it directly.

  • -3-
    Modern
    treatment methods

We work with treatment protocols, tailored to each patient's individual needs. We utilize the following methods: kinesitherapy, myostimulation, shock wave therapy, post-isometric relaxation, and others.

The consultation includes functional diagnostics

Successful treatment depends on a thorough investigation of the problem. Diagnostics help identify the cause and cause of pain and deformity, and, accordingly, what needs to be done to address them.
We conduct diagnostics based on the principles of classical orthopedics and modern research by orthopedic kinesiologists.

Muscle function testing

Muscle testing can detect asymmetries or abnormalities in muscle function.
The testing is conducted using the method of American kinesiologist Janet G. Travell. This method was developed for the US White House approximately 60 years ago and has since been extensively studied, improved, and described in numerous scientific papers. Today, it is a modern method of functional diagnostics that helps identify malfunctioning muscles that may be causing spasms, pain, and deformities.

Testing the nerves that control muscle function

Absolutely everything in our body (muscles, ligaments, joints) works thanks to signals from the brain - nerve impulses.
An orthopedic condition can be caused by a blocked nerve, which interrupts signal transmission to a specific area of the body. Weak innervation can cause muscles and joints to function improperly.
A pinched nerve can cause pain, often far from the pinched area itself. Identifying and eliminating such areas is important for treatment.
Nerve conduction tests are used to check innervation.

Joint testing, body architecture assessment

Insufficient range of motion, pain, crunching, and incorrect joint position are frequent companions of orthopedic diseases.
In addition to problems within the joint itself, the position of the joints affects the architecture of the entire body. For example, flat feet and ankle collapse inevitably lead to knee deformities, pelvic tilt, and spinal curvature. Conversely, when the problem starts from above, due to incorrect head and neck positioning, it leads to shoulder misalignment and asymmetry in the back and pelvic muscles.
Here are a few examples from our practice: how identifying the true cause of a disease influences the success of treatment.
